The Hanged Man is the next colourway of the #tarot collection, and when I pulled this card I knew I wanted the colours to represent 'a shifting mindset' with colours blending towards yellow, and it felt perfect for a Hallowe'en launch!
This collection is only available on my new 100% Highland 'Zebra' base - which has beautiful black and white yarn twisted together, producing a natural speckle effect. The yarn is 27 micron and will make deliciously warm shawls or socks!
The Hanged Man is the 13th card of the Major Arcana, representing decisions put on hold, re-adjustments and letting go. On the face of it, some might think it's a negative card or a warning, but it's more about embracing the things that are stopping you from moving forward and re-adjusting your mindset to embrace this 'pause', and taking a moment to explore new ways of thinking and seeing. It's the Universe’s way of preparing you for the next big thing!
*This will be a repeated colourway, but due to the techniques used in the dye process, colours will vary slightly throughout the hanks and between batches. Alternate hanks from different dye batches when working up larger projects.
