Shipping & Returns
We have RE-OPENED general orders and shipping for outside of the UK as Royal Mail seems to be doing a CHAMPION JOB at getting the mail through, despite the lock-downs, but there may. still be delays in some regions. I continue to keep a close eye on the situation and will adjust this as required - I'm mindful of taking your money at this time, but remain confident that I can continue to fulfill overseas orders - the UK orders seem to be going through without much delay at all, all things considered. Hurrah for key workers!
Tracked and signed shipping is always my preferred method for overseas orders, and customers should consider this when purchasing, but I will happily ship to your preferred requirements and cost level.
I will be sending out all orders weekly, on Tuesday. Contact me directly if you need something urgently and I will try to accommodate the request as best as I can.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customers can buy in confidence with the Yarn Whisperer promise. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me via the contacts page to discuss within 30 days of purchase, for exchange or a full refund.
Refund or exchange can be arranged if the returned yarn is in 'as new' condition. This means that it will be unused and in the same condition as dispatched.
Hanks should be returned at the buyers expense, and will be weighed and checked before any refund will be issued.
