Shipping Policy
*PLEASE NOTE*
I have RE-OPENED orders and shipping for outside of the UK as Royal Mail seems to be doing a CHAMPION JOB at getting the mail through, despite stirkes & backlogs, but there may still be delays in some areas. I continue to keep a close eye on the situation and will adjust this as required - I'm mindful of taking your money during these difficult times, but remain confident that I can continue to fulfill all of your orders to an extremely high level of satisfaction - the UK orders seem to be going through without much delay at all, all things considered. Hurrah for key workers!
Signed for (and Tracked) shipping is always my preferred method for all orders.
Changes due to Brexit: * Customs charges levied by your local authorities are the customers responsibility. I have *CLOSED* all orders to Germany as new rules on packaging, combined with custom charges, has meant parcels not being collected and subsequently returned to me.
I generally send out all orders weekly, onTuesday or Wednesday. Contact me directly if you need something urgently and I will try to accommodate the request as best as I can.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customers can buy in confidence with the Yarn Whisperer promise. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me via the contacts page to discuss within 30 days of delivery, for exchange or a full refund.
Refund or exchange can be arranged if the returned yarn is in 'as new' condition. This means that it will be unused and in the same condition as dispatched.
Hanks should be returned at the buyers expense, and will be weighed and checked before any refund will be issued.
